Top director Srinu Vaitla is heard to have filed a police case against star writer Kona Venkat. However, the exact details of his complaint are not revealed yet. Another buzz is that Sreenu Vaitla filed a complaint on Kona in the Film Chamber and also in the directors’ Association.
After working together for over a decade, Vaitla and Kona parted ways after ‘Baadshah’. After the failure of Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu, Ram Charan brought this combination back for his ’Bruce Lee’. After the failure of this film, Kona Venkat commented that Vaitla did not use many of his given scenes.
It may be recalled that Vaitla has been going through the personal and professional turmoil of late. Few days ago, his wife lodged a domestic violence case against him.
Now, he has filed a case against Kona Venkat. Meanwhile, Kona Venkat’s new movie as a producer “Sankharabhranam” released today.
