Akkineni Nagarjuna’s latest release ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ is continuing its record-breaking spree at the box office.
The film that was released on 15th January on the eve of Sankranthi festival, has breached the Rs 40 Crore share mark after three weeks of run, thus becoming the highest collected movie among senior heroes’ films. Earlier Balayya Babu’s ‘Legend’ almost touched Rs 40 Crore share mark.
Nagarjuna also broke the records of ‘Manam’ to register the biggest hit of his career. Moreover, after his two sons made their way into Tollywood, Nag breached this record, which was possible only for Sr NTR who did similar feat after his sons landed in Tollywood.
The film is still doing good business in many centres and has good chances of surpassing 45 Crore share mark. Naga Chaitanya and Akhil will have to come up with something special to surpass Nag.
