Top actress Shruti Haasan has approached the police and filed a case on a perpetrator for threatening to kill her.
Going into details, Shruti has in her complaint mentioned that a Bangalore doctor named Guru Prasad has been sending vulgar messages to her from past two months and also threatening to murder her. Although Shruti took these messages lightly at the beginning, as they continued to come for two months, she decided to approach the Chennai cyber crime police.
The actress has reportedly attached the screenshots of the messages she received to her Twitter handle. Police have reportedly started searching for the culprit.
It may be recalled hat in 2013 Shruti was attacked by a stalker near her flat in Mumbai. She, however, managed to escape at that time. Police suspect that Guru Prasad might be that same person.
Meanwhile, Shruti is said to be scared, and she was thinking of hiring bouncers for protection.
