Trisha had to face a case filed by the income tax department in the year 2011 when they filed a complaint that she failed to pay taxes properly for the year 2010-2011.
However, now the latest reports suggest that she was asked to pay a fine of Rs. 1.11 crores. Trisha’s lawyer refuted the case and managed to win it. The fines were brushed off later.
However, the income tax department is not giving up and they have filed another case on the actress now at the Madras High Court. It has been pushed to one week before the hearing begins. On the work front, Trish is busy with multiple projects in Tamil.
