Controversial King MR.Ram Gopal Varma is once again in the news for his foolish actions. This time it’s not a new one but an old “Aag”. RGV who made the “Aag” which was a copy of classic film Sholay, was released in 2007. This film has earned good amount of bad reputation for RGV and also was a huge disaster at the Box-Office.

Sholay which was directed by Ramesh Sippy was released in 1975, became a mile stone Indian Film history. This movie was debilitated, copied and pasted in the film “Aag” staring Ajay Devgan, Mohanlal and Amitabh Bachchan himself (hero in Sholay).

The producer of Sholay who felt the discomfort of his film being remade, which resulted in a disaster has filed a complaint against Ram Gopal Varma. The petition was filed by Sascha Sippy, son of GP Sippy, who produced Sholay.

The high court imposed the fine on RGV and his production houses M/S RGV Productions Pvt Ltd, Varma Corporation Ltd and Madhu Varma and restrained them from using Gabbar Singh or Gabbar from Sholay.

The high court also added that that Ram Gopal Varma’s “Aag” has not shown the true facts that Sholay carried and destroyed the original content of film.
