Versatile director Puri Jagannadh has confirmed his next film and it is titled as “Rogue” and is introducing producer C R Manohar’s son Ishan as the hero.
Puri Jagannadh is appreciated for completing the films at a brisk pace, is currently completing a film with Varun Tej. The rumoured titled of this film is “Maa Amma Mahalakshmi”. After completion of this he will start directing for “Rogue” from November. With this film, he took up the responsibility of launching “Mahatma” producer Manohar’s son Ishan as a hero.
Since a while, Puri Jagannadh was making news regarding directing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. At a point of time, Puri said that he will be directing Chiru’s 150th film. But as we all know that Chiranjeevi wasn’t impressed with the second half story narrated by Puri and agreed to remake Tamil super hit film “Kaththi” with A.R.Murugadoss. Puri dropped his plans and started script work for “Rogue”.
Earlier Puri announced that “Rogue” will be with Mahesh Babu and is a sequel to 2006 blockbuster “Pokiri”. Though any further confirmation didn’t come from Mahesh, Puri Jagannadh opted to cast Ishan. Puri’s last launched hero was Ram Charan.
Let us wait and see that how “Rouge” will turn out for Puri Jagannadh and Ishan.
