The press meet of Ghazi was held recently where Rana and Taapsee have attended and shared their thoughts about the film.The film is based on the mysterious sinking of Ghazi, the submarine during Indo-Pak war. Rana revealed many interesting things about the movie.
“I am connected to the Vizag beach from the past 20 years.I might have seen Ghazi submarine there, but I don’t the exact story behind it. Opportunity to act in Ghazi is like a rare chance, and I feel lucky to grab it. Many of my friends and few others from the industry had seen considered me to be a mad person when I revealed that I am going to make a film on Ghazi. Karan Johar is releasing our film in Hindi. Amitabh has come forward to give voice over for the movie. I thank my producers for making the film happen. This is one film that no one has ever attempted on Indian screen.” Rana said at the press meet.
Rana, Taapsee, KK Menon, Atul Kulkarni, Nasser, Priyadarshi are part of the film’s casting. Sankalp Reddy is the director and PVP Cinema is the production house backing up the project. The film is releasing on 17th February.
