Even though Ram Charan’s upcoming action thriller “Dhruva” was launched a few months ago, the regular shooting of the film is moving at snail’s pace as Charan is busy with the preparations of his father Megastar Chiranjeevi’s most awaited 150th project.
Ram Charan has been participating in the script discussions and is also taking care of the preproduction work. Hence, he is unable to allocate his dates for Dhruva forcing the unit to film only a couple of minor schedules. This delay has already started showing its impact with Bollywood cinematographer Aseem Mishra quitting the project citing delay.
Aseem Mishra has now been replaced by talented cinematographer PS Vinod, who garnered acclaim for his work in Manam, Oopiri and Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Panjaa’, which was Vinod’s first breakthrough.
The next schedule of Dhruva is slated to begin from June 3rd in which Charan will take part.
