Salman had waged a 17 year long battle in the Chinkara poaching case which was lodged in 1999. After a number of hearings, the Rajasthan High Court has recently concluded that the actor was not guilty.

Now, the Rajasthan state govt has decided to file a petition in the Supreme Court, challenging the verdict given by the state’s High Court. With this unexpected move, Salman Khan will have to get prepared for yet another long battle, this time in the apex court.

On the work front, after scoring a blockbuster with ‘Sultan,’ Salman is currently shooting for ‘Tubelight’ in the direction of Kabir Khan. Next, Salman will start shooting for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai,’ which is a sequel to the actor’s earlier blockbuster ‘Ek Tha Tiger.’
