Another Mega Hero Varun Tej’s debut film “Mukunda” is all set to rock the silver screens worldwide on 24th of this month (December 24, 2014). The movie has already completed the censor formalities and it received “U/A” certificate from the censor board. Pooja Hegde of Oka Laila Kosam fame is playing the female lead role opposite Varun Tej in the film. Rao Ramesh,Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam doing other prominent roles in the flick. Tagore Madhu is producing Mukunda on Leo Productions banner.

Mukunda is Mega Hero Varun Tej’s first film in Tollywood and he is said to be the first handsome hero in Mega Family.
Director Sekhar Kammula has done a Cameo role. Another buzz is that Pawan Kalyan will be seen in a special role in the film, if this news is true then it will be a major asset for the film.
The movie music already got the good response among the audience. Mickey J Mayer scored the music.
Mukunda directed by Srkanth Addala and his earlier films Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Seethammma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu are hit films at box-office.
Sirivennela Seetharamasastry is lyricist for all the songs in the film.
