Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has reportedly completed 42 minutes of the work on his latest film ‘Sabhash Naidu’.
Ramya Krishnan and Kamal Haasan’s elder daughter Shruti Haasan are playing his wife and reel daughter in the film. Kamal tweeted about the progress of the films and revealed that 42 minutes of scenes and a song featuring Shruti had been wrapped up. These portions have been filmed and also edited in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. The multi-talented artiste has also expressed satisfaction with the way these portions have come out.
Kamal said that even though he has directed several actors in the past, it felt special to direct his daughter Shruthi Haasan, who is a star actress now. Kamal has taken the responsibility of direction of this trilingual after Rajeev Kumar, and the original director fell ill.
Kamal is playing the role of the RAW Agent Balram Naidu, the famous character he essayed in ‘Dasavatharam’.
