Income Tax officials have recently conducted raids at the houses, farm houses and residences of Tamil star hero Vijay, actresses Nayanathara, Samantha and almost all the big league people associated with ‘Puli’ movie including the distributors, producers and director. As per the reports, IT sleuths conducted raids on 32 residences and offices of the actors and producers in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday and Thursday.
As per reports, a total of Rs 100 Crore unaccounted amount is seized. Rs 2 Crore cash and Rs 2 Crore worth jewellery was also present. Although it is not yet revealed about how much is collected from each person, after raiding on the properties at 35 places, 400 officials have gathered this whopping Rs 100 Crore.
Apart from Rs 30 Crore income tax, fine will also be imposed on the unaccounted amount.
