Right now in Kollywood, Catherine Tresa is the female lead, and she has signed few more projects. She made her debut through the Kannada movie Shankar IPS. Later she has acted in Malayalam, Telugu and finally she even entered Tamil cinema industry through Karthi’s Madras. Her first movie in Kollywood industry fetched her a good name.
After the success of Madras, She acted in Kathakali and Kanithan . She is currently busy shooting for Veera Dheera Sooran and her Tamil movie Kathakali is running successfully in Tollywood. In a recent media interaction, Catherine said that the directors are offering and using her for glamorous roles only, and she became a household name for modern and bubbly roles.
Catherine further added that she want to prove herself with the good roles but not with her glamour. Catherine admitted that she is happy to have a solid fan base in Tamil Nadu and will continue the winning momentum as she is selecting good scripts. Catherine finally said that she is more happy for the love showered upon her.
Catherine will be next seen in stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Sarrainodu, which is slated to hit the screens on April 22nd.
