This blue moon comedian has been in the Telugu film industry since decades and held the record of most number of films by any actor-1000. Now this legendary comedian is lying low on films and has become dry while coming to cinemas.
This year Brahmanandam has done countable films that are way less than what he has done in the past. The reasons behind this could be many, such as new comedian’s arrival, directors preferring newcomers, writers opting to make comedy with heroes instead creating a separate track for Brahmi and the major one is the outdated comedy that Brahmanandam does, such factors are heavily decreasing Brahmanandam’s offers.
The previous films that Brahmanandam did weren’t a box-office success. In fact, the major movies that he did were all flops including Bruce Lee, Akhil, Dohchay, Pandaga Chesko and Shivam.’
With all this going around him, Brahmanandam has his version to tell us. According to him, ‘I do what my directors and writers ask me to do. I can’t argue with them that this character is routine or similar to my earlier films’ said Brahmanandam, who seems to aid the criticism over him.
‘By god’s grace, I have made people laugh all these years, and I will continue to do so as long as I can’ concluded the ace comedian.
Brahmanandam will be seen in upcoming films like Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Bengal Tiger, Soggade Chinni Nayana, Loafer, Soukhyam among others.
