Amitabh Bachchan has spoken out about the controversy that arose after the shooting of Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’ was halted following the news of his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai’s pregnancy. Big B says that the issues have been sorted out.
"It is a matter between Aishwarya and the producers of the film. I can’t comment on it. They have sorted out the issues between them," he told reporters in Ahmedabad where he was promoting his film ‘Bbuddah…Hoga Teraa Baap’.
"Despite that if someone express their feelings they have the right to do it. And later others will also express the feelings and this is how the truth will come out," he added.
Big B had earlier come strongly against Madhur and producers UTV.
After ‘Heroine’, Madhur’s "most ambitious project", was put on the backburner indefinitely following the news of Aishwarya’s pregnancy, the acclaimed filmmaker said on his blog that he went into depression and that he’s upset that the "truth was hidden" from him.(IANS)
