Bollywood Super Star Shah Rukh Khan’s Fan movie is running in the theatres. The film that released amid a lot of expectations is running slow in terms of box office calculations. Now, the film stroke the head lines for a weird reason. One of the audiences who watched the film lodged a complaint against the film unit in his district consumer court for not showing Jabra song in the film. The makers have extensively promoted the film by repeatedly playing the Jabra song in Televisions and FM Radio Stations. Having impressed with the song, this movie lover took the path to the theatre.
Sangeeta Chandgothia lodged this complaint against PVR Cinemas , Yash Raj Films Private Limited and film hero Shahrukh Khan. The lady also mentioned about the hike in ticket prices along with the torture she faced while watching the film. In her complaint, Sangeeta also revealed that she has paid Rs 650 each for four family members but they were disappointed as the song was not in the movie. The petitioner sought a compensation of 50 thousand rupees along with the refund of ticket amount. Also Rs 19 lakh compensation was sought too which is to be deposited in the welfare fund of the consumer court
